Description

Mirafi N-Series Nonwoven Geotextiles are built up of staple fibers and designed for soil separation and drainage. They combine high durability, along with excellent physical and hydraulic properties. They are constructed from polypropylene staple fibers and combine high water flow rates and durability while providing excellent soil retention. The mirafi N-Series offers separation, drainage and filtration. 

Uses: 

  • Subsurface drainage
  • Roadway separation applications

Mirafi 135N Drain-field Geotextile -  is a needlepunched nonwoven geotextile constructed from polypropylene fibers. The fibers are assembled into a stable network such that the fibers retain their relative position. Mirafi 135N Geotextiles are inert to biological degradation and resists naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids.

Mirafi 140NC Geotextile - is a needlepunched nonwoven geotextile constructed from polypropylene fibers. The fibers are assembled into a stable network, allowing them to retain their relative position. Mirafi 140NC Geotextiles are insusceptible to biological degradation and impervious to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids.

Mirafi 160N Geotextile - is a needlepunched nonwoven geotextile constructed from polypropylene fibers. The fibers are assembled into a stable network, allowing them to retain their relative position. Mirafi 160N Geotextiles are insusceptible to biological degradation and impervious to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis, and acids. Mirafi 160N meets AASHTO M288-06 Class 2 for Elongation > 50%.
