ASDCO is pleased to present our new website that detailing the full line of products and services we have been distributing to Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Michigan region for over 50 years. We are proud to represent the top manufacturers of supplies, materials and equipment serving the industrial and construction markets.

Our Duluthian roots can be traced back to the Zalk Joseph Company, a steel fabricator, instrumental in the growth and development of this great region by providing the structural steel that built our vital industries and buildings. In the early 1970's, Zalk Joseph Company combined three of its branches (Arrowhead Steel Distributing, Standard Salt & Cement and Duluth Builders Supply) to form one distribution company called ASDCO. In 1987, ASDCO became part of the APi Group of companies joining forces with The Jamar Company, a mechanical and architectural contractor in Duluth since 1913. Most recently, ASDCO opened a second location in the Twin Cities to expand our service area to the entire state of Minnesota.
